Good Evening. Attention to the candidate of UNIMAS Student Representative Council 2014/2015 session who haven't claim your deposit,

You can claim your money in condition :
1. Fill in the EFT Payment Form (attached as below). The form can be taken from MPP (on the table of Treasurer MPP)
2. Attach together front page of your bank statement for our reference.
3. Attach together with your deposit receipt.

After you have done the documents, please submit it to MPP office (to MPP honourary treasurer). The deadline for submitted is 1 Mac 2015 ( Sunday). If you have any questions regarding this matter, kindly pm me.
